As a Barback atHawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the bar operation. This is a practical,fast-paced role where you’ll support the bartenders throughout service, helpingkeep the bar stocked, organised and running smoothly. You’ll play a key part indelivering great drinks and the warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is knownfor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doingthings properly and wants to build a career in hospitality.

What You’ll Do

• Support the bar team duringservice by keeping stations stocked, clean and organised
• Prepare garnishes, glasswareand bar stations to Hawksmoor standards
• Keep bar and back-of-houseareas clean, safe and efficient
• Anticipate what the teamneeds during busy services and act quickly
• Work closely with bartendersand floor teams to support smooth service
• Learn our drinks, systemsand standards, with clear opportunities to progress

Who You Are

• Positive, hardworking andhappy to get stuck in
• Enjoy fast-paced, hands-onwork and being on your feet
• A reliable team player whotakes pride in supporting others
• Previous bar or hospitalityexperience is helpful but not essential- full training provided
• Genuinely interested inhospitality and learning new skills
