As a Kitchen Porter at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, helping keep everything clean, organised and running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised throughout service
- Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard
- Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed
- Manage waste and recycling responsibly
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
