As Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll be a senior leader within the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to deliver exceptional hospitality, develop high-performing teams and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend your time on the floor, setting standards and supporting both guests and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in leading the overall restaurant operation
- Take ownership of service standards and guest experience
- Coach and develop managers and front-of-house team members
- Lead shifts with confidence, setting the tone for professionalism and warmth
- Drive performance through strong communication and operational focus
- Support recruitment, training and succession planning
