As Restaurant Manager at Hawksmoor, you’ll take full ownership of the front-of-house operation, leading a large and diverse team to deliver consistently brilliant hospitality. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, developing people and running a busy restaurant to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do- Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional service at every moment
- Inspire, coach and develop the front-of-house team to deliver warm, confident hospitality
- Be a visible presence on the floor, setting standards and leading by example
- Work closely with the General Manager and senior team to drive performance and results
- Own guest experience, service recovery and feedback with confidence and care
- Support recruitment, training, engagement and progression across the FOH team
- Experienced as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager in a quality, high-volume restaurant
- A natural people leader who builds motivated, high-performing teams
- Commercially aware, organised and calm under pressure
