What You’ll Do
- Run your station with passion, precision and consistency
- Own starters, sides or larder prep, service and close down
- Keep food safety, sustainability and waste-minimisation front of mind
- Work together with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless services
- Dive into training, tastings, supplier visits and masterclasses
