Hawksman Technology is partnering with a prominent financial institution to support its executive leadership through strategic operational assistance and high-level coordination. In this dynamic and highly visible role, the Personal Assistant will work closely with senior executives—to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, executive readiness, and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, high-level support to senior leaders including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and follow-up on key action items
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to coordinate meetings, track priorities, and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Draft and prepare clear, professional communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor progress on critical initiatives, helping to identify and remove roadblocks while ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, executive briefings, and team updates to maintain momentum and ensure visibility of progress across the organization.
- Translate complex information into concise formats for both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting effective decision-making and executive visibility.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in a high-level administrative or executive support role, ideally within banking
- Proven ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and judgment in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and maintaining alignment with shifting executive needs.
