Hawkroot is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support data analysis and reporting activities across internal and project-related initiatives. This part-time remote internship (20 hours per week) is designed for individuals beginning their careers in data analytics who want to gain practical experience working with datasets, reporting tools and analytical workflows.

You will collaborate with team members remotely to assist in preparing datasets, performing exploratory analysis and supporting reporting tasks that contribute to data-driven insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cleaning, organising and validating datasets
  • Support data extraction and basic querying using SQL
  • Conduct analysis using Excel and basic data techniques
  • Help prepare reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
  • Identify trends and patterns within datasets
  • Document analytical findings clearly and accurately
  • Provide support on data-related tasks across ongoing projects
Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of SQL is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other visualisation tools is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
