My client is an award winning regional contractor looking to recruit an accounts administrator and co-ordinator to oversee a varied function within the business. This is a varied role that will keep you busy and interested with lots of scope for progression within the business.
Duties will include:
- Procurement
- Compiling site folders
- Booking hotels and travel for site staff
- Customer feedback forms
- Setting up files for tender enquiries including adding to system
- Obtaining feedback from tender submissions
- Producing external and internal correspondence
- Requesting and chasing quotations from suppliers when estimator is putting tenders together
- Assisting in multimedia and case studies
- Production/issue of RAMS
- Updating cost sheets
- Setting up new job folders and site files
- Maintaining filing systems
- Answering incoming calls/reception duties
- Ensuring QMS paperwork is returned from site and filed appropriately
- Assisting with timesheets
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of plant and materials
- Maintaining and recording stock levels
- Conducting face-fit tests when required
- Tracking and recording the location of plant
- Organising collections and deliveries of kit
- Issuing contract award notices
- Recording and signing off invoices
- Mental health champion
- Assisting with handling day to day queries from the on-site teams
- Driving and collecting kit when required
