Are you ready to build your future in construction recruitment? We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction & Trades division in our Sheffield office. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or have a strong background in sales, construction, or site management—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a 360° recruitment desk placing skilled tradespeople and site professionals across Yorkshire and the Midlands
- Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and contractors
- Source and register high-quality candidates including labourers, joiners, electricians, and site managers
- Conduct regular on-site visits, ensuring quality placements and client satisfaction
- Work to individual and team targets with support from a high-performing leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, construction, or field-based sales
- Knowledge of the construction and trades industry preferred
- Confident communicator with the ability to develop new business
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable working at pace
- Full UK driving licence (some travel to sites will be required)
