We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Construction & Trades division in our Sheffield office. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or have a strong background in sales, construction, or site management—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a 360° recruitment desk placing skilled tradespeople and site professionals across Yorkshire and the Midlands
  • Build strong relationships with site managers, project leads, and contractors
  • Source and register high-quality candidates including labourers, joiners, electricians, and site managers
  • Conduct regular on-site visits, ensuring quality placements and client satisfaction
  • Work to individual and team targets with support from a high-performing leadership team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, construction, or field-based sales
  • Knowledge of the construction and trades industry preferred
  • Confident communicator with the ability to develop new business
  • Organised, resilient, and comfortable working at pace
  • Full UK driving licence (some travel to sites will be required)
