Our client is looking for a reliable general plumber for ongoing domestic repair and maintenance work. This is not a Gas Safe role. We are not looking for someone to carry out gas work. The role is general domestic plumbing only.

Typical work includes:

  • Leaks
  • Taps
  • Toilets
  • Waste pipes
  • Pipework repairs
  • Small installs
  • Minor maintenance
  • Basic fault finding
  • General domestic plumbing callouts

Essential requirements:

  • Own transport
  • Own tools
  • Good domestic plumbing experience
  • Reliable attendance
  • Good customer manner
  • Clean and tidy workmanship
  • Able to work alone
  • Able to follow a job process
  • Able to communicate clearly with customers and office/admin
  • Willing to send before and after photos for each job
  • Willing to report extras or unexpected work before proceeding

Preferred but not essential:

  • Level 2 NVQ/SVQ Plumbing or equivalent
  • Experience with reactive domestic maintenance
