Our client is looking for a reliable general plumber for ongoing domestic repair and maintenance work. This is not a Gas Safe role. We are not looking for someone to carry out gas work. The role is general domestic plumbing only.
Typical work includes:
- Leaks
- Taps
- Toilets
- Waste pipes
- Pipework repairs
- Small installs
- Minor maintenance
- Basic fault finding
- General domestic plumbing callouts
Essential requirements:
- Own transport
- Own tools
- Good domestic plumbing experience
- Reliable attendance
- Good customer manner
- Clean and tidy workmanship
- Able to work alone
- Able to follow a job process
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and office/admin
- Willing to send before and after photos for each job
- Willing to report extras or unexpected work before proceeding
Preferred but not essential:
- Level 2 NVQ/SVQ Plumbing or equivalent
- Experience with reactive domestic maintenance
- Experience working in occupied homes
