My client is an award winning main contractor looking to recruit a No.1 Site Manager to cover work in the North West area. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national building company. Typically my client's portfolio of work includes commercial builds, sheds, extensions and new builds. Project values to £8m. You must have experience in these areas and will be used to managing schemes from start to finish as a No.1.
My client offers excellent scope for progression for those managers interested in advancement although a good time served No.1 happy in this role would also suit them. Please send a CV in the first instance. You must have SMSTS and First Aid. Although the work is due to be local to the North West you must be prepared to travel and lodge if required.
