HawkinsBrown are seeking a proactive and people‑focused HR Advisor to join our creative, collaborative practice, supporting our studios in Edinburgh, Manchester, Dublin and Toronto. Working closely with our Studio Leads, you’ll help shape a positive employee experience and play an active role in our HR initiatives and employee‑led groups. What You’ll Do
- Build trusted, supportive relationships with Studio Leads, helping them navigate day‑to‑day people matters with clarity and consistency.
- Play an active role in our employee voice groups, contributing ideas and supporting initiatives that strengthen our culture.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring every joiner and leaver experience is smooth and engaging.
- Provide clear, practical HR guidance across the practice.
- Assist with performance processes and probation reviews to help individuals succeed.
- Help deliver L&D activities, aligned with the training programme and the needs of the business.
- Source the right people through proactive talent searching, building strong talent pipelines, and maintaining positive relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience.
