- 50-cow herd of pedigree Herefords plus followers with high health status.
- 100 Beef fattening enterprise.
- Christmas trees.
- Environmental schemes and renewable energy (solar and biomass).
The Candidate
- Working closely with the owner and team, requiring strong organisation, leadership, good communication, and attention to detail.
- Proven crop/horticultural management or assistant manager experience.
- Suckler herd experience.
- Interest in horticultural crops (hops and/or top fruit advantageous).
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
