Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the management of the overseas business team, formulate overseas business strategies and implementation plans, break down performance indicators, be responsible for the overall performance of the overseas business segment, and drive the team to efficiently achieve its goals.
- Conduct research on overseas target markets, expand offline channels such as supermarkets, specialty counters, and duty-free shops, complete channel negotiations, implementation, and daily operation and maintenance, and enhance the brand's offline market coverage and sales volume.
- Identify high-quality business cooperation resources, lead negotiations and implementation of co-branding, distribution, and scenario-based cooperation, maintain relationships with key partners, and deepen long-term cooperation.
- Handle daily business affairs, ensure business compliance, coordinate collaboration, resolve unexpected issues, and ensure the orderly operation of overseas business work.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of overseas business management experience, 3+ years of experience in the same position, candidates with overseas business experience in high-end consumer goods (beauty and light luxury preferred) will be given extra points;
- Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, which can be used as a working language, proficiency in other mainstream overseas languages is preferred;
- Familiar with overseas offline channel operations and compliance regulations, candidates with established channel resources are preferred;
- Possess excellent team coordination, business negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and risk management capabilities, with a strong sense of purpose and outstanding execution ability.
- Based in United Kingdom, but work from home. Or based in China Changsha city, and work in office.
