Our client in Horsham is looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join their team at their Used Prestige site in Horsham. This dealership has recently taken on a new franchise, so selling new cars is also an option.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson, but a background in the motor trade is not essential.

What You’ll Do as a Car Sales Executive:

  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
  • Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price and key features

What We’re Looking For in a Car Sales Executive:

  • Previous experience in car sales is an advantage – but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence required
