We are recruiting for a growing sales team at our client’s family-run dealership in Portsmouth. This position is with a well-established group, operating across Hampshire and West Sussex, representing some of the most exciting brands in the Industry. No motor trade experience is required, full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates from hospitality, events, retail, or any customer-focused background who are confident communicators and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do as a Car Sales Executive:

  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
  • Achieve maximum profitability on sales
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Become Brand Ambassador and develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, price and key features

What We’re Looking for in a Car Sales Executive:

  • Previous experience in car sales is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
