Our client, a family-run dealership representing a volume brand in Basingstoke, is looking to recruit a Trainee Car Sales Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the motor trade. This position comes with a structured 3-month training programme, after which you will progress into a Full Sales Executive role. No previous motor trade experience is required — full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do as a Trainee Car Sales Executive:
- Support customers throughout their buying journey
- Learn the full vehicle sales process from experienced colleagues
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Develop product knowledge across vehicles and associated products
