An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the team at our client’s dealership in Swindon.
Representing one of the world's leading premium automotive brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern dealership, building lasting customer relationships while helping customers find the right new or used vehicle for their needs.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include
- Selling new and used vehicles while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Managing your own customer database and proactively creating new sales opportunities.
- Following up enquiries by phone, email and video presentations to maximise conversion.
- Completing all vehicle sales administration accurately and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a professional showroom environment at all times.
- Ensuring all sales processes are fully compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role you will ideally have
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive within a franchised automotive dealership.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to generating new business.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A professional, personable and customer-first attitude.
- A full UK driving licence, held for at least one year.
