Salary: £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+)

Hawkfield Recruitment is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established, family-run dealership group based in Coventry. Our client is looking to add a Car Sales Executive to their successful sales team. Representing multiple automotive brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation, strong footfall, and genuine earning potential.

Whilst previous motor trade experience would be advantageous, our client is also keen to speak with ambitious individuals from a sales or customer service background who are looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets
  • Maximise profitability on every vehicle sale
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process
  • Promote and sell finance, warranties, accessories, and additional products
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Become a brand ambassador with excellent product knowledge across the range
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Experience within a sales or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong motivation and a desire to succeed
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence
