Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Executive looking to join an award-winning dealer group with genuine opportunities for career progression? An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the team at our clients dealership in Swindon.

Representing one of the world's leading premium automotive brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern dealership, building lasting customer relationships while helping customers find the right new or used vehicle for their needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Selling new and used vehicles while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Managing your own customer database and proactively creating new sales opportunities.
  • Following up enquiries by phone, email and video presentations to maximise conversion.
  • Completing all vehicle sales administration accurately and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining a professional showroom environment at all times.
  • Ensuring all sales processes are fully compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive within a franchised automotive dealership.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to generating new business.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A professional, personable and customer-first attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence, held for at least one year.
