We're looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to become a key part of this growing team at our clients recently refurbished showroom in Reading.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry to handover
- Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
- Guide customers through the full sales process with a consultative, helpful approach
- Sell both new and used vehicles
- Meet and exceed sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport-building
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed
- A full UK driving licence is essential
