Salary: Up to Β£28,585 + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break), Saturday mornings on a rota basis: 8:30am - 12:30pm (paid at overtime rate)
Hawkfield Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established, family-run main dealership group within the Shrewsbury area. You will be joining a successful aftersales team within a business that prides itself on outstanding customer service, excellent staff retention, and long-term career development. This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Service Advisor or a strong customer service professional looking to progress within the automotive industry. Full manufacturer and in-house training will be provided to ensure you reach the high standards expected.
Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
- Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work
- Greeting customers both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Recording customer requirements in a professional and polite manner
- Arranging courtesy/service loan vehicles
- Producing customer invoices and associated paperwork
- Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
- Liaising closely with the workshop and other internal departments
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within a Service Advisor or customer service role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Full UK Driving Licence
