An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a highly successful, award-winning automotive retailer in Oxford. Working with a premium automotive brand, you'll become part of a professional and customer-focused aftersales team where delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships are at the heart of everything they do. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor looking to join a stable, family-owned dealer group that invests heavily in its people and offers genuine opportunities for training, development and career progression.
The Role: As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout their aftersales journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection. Key responsibilities include:
- Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance and repair work
- Managing customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
- Providing updates on vehicle progress and timescales
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
- Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate
- Preparing estimates and service documentation
- Delivering a first-class customer experience at every stage
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership environment is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced aftersales department. Well organised with excellent attention to detail. Positive, professional and customer-focused approach. Full UK Driving Licence.
Package & Benefits: Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. Realistic OTE of £40,000 - £45,000. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9:00am - 1:00pm). 31 days holiday including.
