Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm no weekends

Are you passionate about cars and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service? We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a successful premium automotive dealership in Redhill. Whether you are an experienced Parts Advisor, Parts Sales Advisor, Service Advisor or come from a strong customer service background with an interest in the automotive industry, this role offers excellent training, career development and long-term progression.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop by ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently.

  • Handling customer and technician parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Picking, packing and dispatching parts accurately
  • Maintaining stock control and inventory records
  • Supporting the achievement of parts sales targets through upselling where appropriate

Parts Advisor, Parts Sales or automotive aftersales experience would be advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
