Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-6pm no weekends

The Role:

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting both retail customers and the workshop by ensuring parts are supplied accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer and technician parts enquiries both in person and over the phone
  • Processing parts orders from enquiry through to delivery
  • Advising customers on product availability, pricing and suitable parts solutions
  • Picking, packing and dispatching parts accurately
  • Maintaining stock control and inventory records
  • Supporting the achievement of parts sales targets through upselling where appropriate
  • Working closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs and servicing
  • Ensuring the parts department remains organised, compliant and customer focused

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Parts Advisor, Parts Sales or automotive aftersales experience would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
