Hawkfield Recruitment is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established, family-run dealership group based in Coventry. Our client is looking to add a Car Sales Executive to their successful sales team. Representing multiple automotive brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation, strong footfall, and genuine earning potential. Whilst previous motor trade experience would be advantageous, our client is also keen to speak with ambitious individuals from a sales or customer service background who are looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets
- Maximise profitability on every vehicle sale
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Promote and sell finance, warranties, accessories, and additional products
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Become a brand ambassador with excellent product knowledge across the range
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention
What We're Looking For:
- Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Experience within a sales or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong motivation and a desire to succeed
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
