Hawkfield Recruitment is working with an award-winning family-run dealer group with Dealerships in the Shropshire area. We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join their busy Telford Dealership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with an excellent training program and development opportunities.
We are looking for people with a background in sales or retail. Previous automotive experience is not essential, but would be advantageous. This position has a strong focus on customer service and customer experience, and full training will be provided by the company and the manufacturer.
Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed throughout the sales process.
- Advise customers on finance and insurance products, upselling where possible.
- To have outstanding knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure the customer receives the best service possible.
- To build, manage and maintain a list of viable prospects by maximising all sales leads.
