What you'll do
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from their inception through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of project, program, and technology delivery managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee the governance and health of the entire football delivery portfolio, ensuring that projects are prioritized effectively and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Continuously refine and enhance delivery methodologies, tools, and internal processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams during the bidding and discovery phases to validate the feasibility of project plans and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate efforts with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless transitions of new technologies into live operational environments.
- Act as a representative of the delivery function in product steering meetings, ensuring that project roadmaps are aligned with broader operational objectives.
