We are on the lookout for a part-time Duty Manager for our Hastings Site. Work 3-4 shifts per week with the ability also to top up to full-time hours if required. This role includes mainly day shifts but the odd night shift may be required with notice. Hours can be guaranteed and discussed at the interview.
Responsibilities
- Have a current General Manager's Certificate (please only apply if you hold this qualification).
- Have at least 2 years experience in hospitality.
- Be an experienced barista or be willing to learn this.
- Be an exemplary role model to your team and be able to lead through being dedicated and engaged.
- Be passionate about delivering great customer service.
- Be an excellent communicator and can delegate effectively to the team.
