We’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee commercial electrical projects across West London and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on supervisory role working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
- Overseeing day-to-day electrical site operations
- Managing electricians & subcontractors
- Supervising commercial installs, panel upgrades & LED lighting projects
- Ensuring projects hit deadlines and quality standards
- Managing H&S and site compliance
- Coordinating materials, labour and logistics
- Attending site meetings and liaising with clients/project teams
- Supporting testing, commissioning and handovers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial electrical background
- Previous site supervision experience
- SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
- ECS/JIB Card
- Ability to read drawings and manage site programmes
- Organised, proactive and able to lead from the front
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
