We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sprinkler Engineer / Service Supervisor to join a growing fire protection and sprinkler division supporting service, maintenance, small works, and remedial projects across a varied commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident leading engineers on-site while also remaining technically strong from an operational and client-facing perspective.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out sprinkler servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and small works while overseeing engineers and subcontractors where required. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact on-site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing on sprinkler systems
  • Diagnose faults and support remedial works
  • Lead engineers and subcontractors on-site when required
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with compliance standards
  • Liaise directly with clients and site representatives during visits
  • Produce clear service reports and identify defects/remedial requirements
  • Support with small works and project delivery
  • Assist junior engineers with technical support
