Overview
Plumber / Plumbing Engineer - Full Time (not gas)
Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: PAYE or Self-Employed
Location: Most work will be based in London, so suitable candidates should be located within London or the outskirts of the M25.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Trace and access (T&A) work
- Leak detection and repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving water pressure faults
- Stack replacements
- Working alongside Gas, Pump, and Drainage teams
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in leak detection, plumbing, or a similar role
- Experience with trace and access works preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota
- Must be willing to wear company uniform and PPE at all times
