Overview

Plumber / Plumbing Engineer - Full Time (not gas)

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Employment Type: PAYE or Self-Employed

Location: Most work will be based in London, so suitable candidates should be located within London or the outskirts of the M25.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Trace and access (T&A) work
  • Leak detection and repairs
  • Diagnosing and resolving water pressure faults
  • Stack replacements
  • Working alongside Gas, Pump, and Drainage teams

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in leak detection, plumbing, or a similar role
  • Experience with trace and access works preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota
  • Must be willing to wear company uniform and PPE at all times
