This is a key role within the business, working closely with directors and operations to price and secure a strong pipeline of projects across London.
The Role
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for decorating and passive fire projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams
- Attending site visits where required
- Assisting in value engineering and cost planning
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estimator within construction
