A well-established and growing construction contractor specialising in decorating and passive fire protection is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their London team. This is a key role within the business, working closely with directors and operations to price and secure a strong pipeline of projects across London.
The Role:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for decorating & passive fire projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams
- Attending site visits where required
- Assisting in value engineering and cost planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within construction
- Ideally experience in decorating, painting, or passive fire protection
- Strong understanding of pricing and tender processes
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders at once
