Location: London (Office Based)

Salary: £30k–£38k base + £55k–£75k OTE

Our client is looking for a confident, friendly and relationship-driven professional to join their commercial team and help convert secured projects into decorating and fire protection packages. You’ll work closely with an Account Manager, speaking with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who already know the business.

No cold calling, no chasing tender decisions, no awkward sales pitches.

Your role is to:

  • Stay in regular contact with existing clients
  • Track when their projects go live
  • Ensure our client secures the decorating / fire protection package
  • If a project is lost, simply contact the winning contractor to win the package instead (still warm relationships)

This is a smart, commercial role focused on communication, timing and trust — not hard selling.
