We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering projects across Social Housing, Education, Refurbishment, M&E and Fire Protection sectors throughout London and the South East. The Role
- Preparing competitive tenders and cost estimates
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations
- Liaising with suppliers, clients and operational teams
- Identifying value engineering opportunities
- Supporting the successful delivery of tender submissions
Experience Required
- Previous estimating experience within the construction sector
- Principal Contractor experience would be advantageous
- Experience within Social Housing, Education, M&E, Fire Doors, Passive Fire Protection or Refurbishment works would be beneficial
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
