What You’ll Be DoingAs our Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Senior Contract Managers and wider operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Creating and updating O&M manuals
- Setting up and maintaining project documentation and files
- Handling and filtering incoming calls
- Processing subcontractor information, including training certifications and holiday records
- Collating and submitting weekly returns to ensure reporting accuracy
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Contract Managers
- 1+ year of administration experience (essential)
- Solid background in the construction industry
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and working within structured systems
- Work in a supportive, people-first environment where your voice matters
