Hawkes Resourcing Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly reputable client based in Crayford, Kent. We are looking for an experienced 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver with previous multi-drop delivery experience to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 13-week temporary period.
The Role
- Multi-drop deliveries across London and the South East.
- Delivering shower and bathroom equipment to customers.
- One-man delivery routes (no driver's mate).
- Loading, delivering and unloading products safely.
- Heavy lifting involved throughout the day.
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
- Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks where required.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Previous 3.5 Tonne multi-drop delivery driving experience.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage daily delivery routes.
- Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas is advantageous.
