T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market-leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their internal sales team. The role involves undertaking various tasks including quote preparation to customer specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Handle incoming enquiries (telephone, email)
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Ensure correct product selection in line with customer requirements
  • Maintain close client contact, building rapport and customer loyalty
  • Liaise with customers, area sales managers and management team
  • Feedback market trends and information
  • Use of CRM, accounting and sizing software
  • Identify training needs to assist your career progression
  • Full product training provided

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Based in Woore

ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY:

  • Be flexible to the requirements of the business
  • Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ TRAINING

  • Good standard of English and Maths - Essential

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the industry - Desirable
  • Understanding of pumps, pipework and applications - Desirable
  • General understanding of engineering principles - Desirable

Experience

  • Experience of working in a similar role - Desirable
  • Preferably with pumps - Desirable
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Essential
