T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our TT Controls, Automation & Monitoring team. Our control, automation and monitoring solutions are designed to keep pumping systems running efficiently. We provide a range of standard control panels, monitoring systems and level control solutions which are tailored to meet our clients' specific needs.

Your role will involve, but not be limited to, assisting the department with all administrative duties, communicating with customers and suppliers, processing orders in the CRM system, logistic queries and after sales activities.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Communicating with customers and colleagues by email and telephone
  • Support the department with all administrative duties, including order processing in our CRM
  • Checking in-stock items and availability
  • Chasing suppliers for ordered items
  • Dealing with logistic queries
  • Responding to non-technical customer enquiries
  • Updating systems and databases
  • Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
  • Maintain company procedures and suggesting improvements where possible

Based at our headoffice in Woore

  • Be flexible to the requirements of the business
