T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their repairs workshop team. Joining an exciting and fast-paced workshop team, the ideal candidate will form part of a dedicated engineering team inspecting, servicing and repairing pumps and related equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Thoroughly inspect, service, repair and assembly of pumps and associated equipment
- Complete and maintain service reports, quotations and supporting documents
- Undertake equipment performance testing
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Assist colleagues in resolving technical issues
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Communicate at all levels
- Manage your own workload to maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
- Aid the development of team members
- Identify training needs and promote cross-training
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Based at our headoffice in Woore

- Be flexible to the requirements of the business
- Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time

- 3 Years+ from a similar hands-on workshop environment - Essential
- Electrically competent - Essential
- Excellent problem solving - Essential
- First aid trained / CSCS - Desirable
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the industry - Desirable
- Computer experience (Microsoft suite, Word & Excel) - Essential
Experience
- Experience of working in a similar role or maintenance - Desirable
- Working knowledge / understanding of pumps and/or motors - Essential
- Able to read technical drawings - Essential
