Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, support and enhance the Workday Financials environment
- Configure, test and implement business process changes
- Support Workday releases and system upgrades
- Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields and condition rules
- Ensure data integrity, security and compliance
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Act as the go-to SME for Workday Financials, providing training and support across the organisation
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Experience across Revenue, Accounting, Spend and Tax modules
- Ability to build custom reports and calculated fields
- Experience maintaining tenant security across functional areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
