We are seeking a commercially driven, operationally strong Managing Director to take full P&L responsibility and lead the division through its next phase of growth. This is a role for a leader who can balance heritage craftsmanship with modern commercial discipline, driving performance without compromising quality or brand integrity.
The Role
- You will lead commercial strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth across multiple brands within the division.
- Working closely with Group leadership, you will drive revenue, strengthen customer relationships, improve operational efficiency, and identify new market opportunities across UK and international markets.
- You will operate confidently across commercial, manufacturing, and senior client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy and deliver revenue and margin growth.
