A growing European fintech and technology consultancy with circa 800 employees is looking to hire an experienced Enterprise Sales Director as part of its continued UK expansion. The business delivers software engineering, AI, cloud, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients across financial services and technology sectors. This is a strategic, enterprise-facing sales role focused on securing new logo business within larger, more complex organisations. You'll be supported by an established BDM and marketing function, whilst still being expected to proactively build and develop your own pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts
  • Engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage complex consultative sales cycles from introduction through to close
  • Work closely with delivery, marketing, and business development teams
