We’re working with a high-quality, growing investment management firm in London looking to hire a Senior Compliance Officer to partner closely with the Head of Legal. This is a broad, high-impact role in a ~75 person business, offering real exposure across the firm and the chance to work on ETFs, Mutual Funds and UCITS products distributed across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
The role:
- Lead compliance across marketing / financial promotions
- Oversee product governance and fund compliance
- Act as a key advisor to Legal, Sales and Product teams
What we’re looking for:
- 5-10 years experience in compliance within asset management / funds
- Strong experience in marketing, product or distribution compliance
- Good knowledge of UCITS and cross-border regulations
- Confident working in a hands-on, high-visibility environment
