Overview
Agile Coach β London, 3 Months. Β£600-Β£800 depending on experience.
We are looking for an Agile coach / Consultant for a client undergoing a transformation.
The role involves coaching and working with Pods/Teams and supporting ways of working aligned to company objectives, with governance oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assess Pod performance through a health check approach that embeds delivery, governance, and reporting best practices.
- Embed consistent ways of working, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and adoption of the Agile ways of working playbook.
- Build self-sustaining Pod and functional capability across the client through coaching, training, and governance enablement.
- Design, standardise and embed consistent ways of working across Pods and squads, operating mechanisms, workflows, dashboards, and supporting business processes to drive delivery and reporting consistency.
- Coach Pod members, Pod Leads and enabling teams to strengthen agile and product-led ways of working, fostering high performing cross-functional and multidisciplinary Pods with increased ownership and collaboration.
The engagement will optimise and embed consistent agile ways of working across the client to enhance Pod and squad performance, improve delivery planning and reporting, strengthen governance and enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
It will support mobilisation and continuous improvement of both new and existing Pods, establish standardised delivery practices, and build sustainable internal capability aligned to the One Playbook and strategic business priorities.
