This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, M A, Deals or a strong analytical finance role who wants genuine exposure to the full deal lifecycle. The opportunity You’ll sit within the Growth team and play a key role in identifying acquisition opportunities, researching targets and building a high-quality M A pipeline. You’ll then support live transactions through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and execution, working alongside Partners and external advisers. Post-deal, you’ll also help track integration, synergies and performance.
