Weβre looking for a graduate to join the team as a Field Service Coordinator, coordinating HVAC engineers and ensuring customer jobs are scheduled, managed and completed efficiently. Youβll be responsible for coordinating a team of field-based HVAC engineers, managing appointments and acting as the link between customers, engineers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:- Schedule and dispatch HVAC engineers to customer sites
- Manage incoming service requests and prioritise jobs
- Coordinate engineer diaries, appointments and workloads
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Liaise with engineers to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Track jobs against agreed SLAs and escalate issues where required
- Maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Support the wider operations and customer service teams
