The Role

As a Family Lawyer OR Chartered Legal Executive, you will provide expert legal advice and representation across a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse cases.

We're looking for someone who is technology-focused, using legal software and case management tools to enhance client service, streamline workflows, and manage caseloads efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of family law cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients.
  • Advising on divorce, financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation issues, and child arrangements.
  • Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including divorce petitions and consent orders.
  • Providing compassionate client support, guiding individuals through sensitive and often challenging situations.
  • Leveraging technology to improve case management, client communication, and overall efficiency.
  • Collaborating with barristers, financial advisors, and other legal professionals to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the family law team.
